Dinner Out

Ham radio is better with good company, and even better with good food.

Hams love to eat

At least once a quarter

We all know how hams love to go out to eat! At least once a quarter, we pick a place and go out for dinner together. It is a relaxed night of good food and good conversation with the folks you talk to on the air.

Next up: the Christmas party

December

Our next dinner out is the club Christmas party in December. Come hungry and join the fun! Ask at our Tuesday net or at a club meeting for the place and time.

Why we do it

Putting faces to call signs

On the air we know each other by call sign. A dinner out puts faces to those call signs, helps new members feel at home and gives old friends a reason to swap stories.

  • A fun, low-key way to meet the club
  • New members and guests are always welcome to join the table
  • Part of what makes W8CRC more than just meetings

Want a seat at the table?

Come to our Tuesday net at 7:00 PM or a club meeting on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday at 7:30 PM to meet the club and find out how to get involved.
